I’m nostalgic for the old days when people sat around and mocked the Millennials. Now we have Gen Z to make ourselves feel better. No doubt Generation Alpha will be deemed especially awful!

The pandemic, social upheaval, and economic instability have certainly contributed to a complex mental health landscape for young people. It really underlines the importance of creating supportive environments and accessible mental health resources for this generation.
Your post made me think of how many people use prayer or meditation as coping mechanisms, regardless of their religious beliefs. prayer for depression and anxiety often utilized in AA meetings, can be remarkably useful for anyone dealing with mental health issues like anxiety or depression. It's a straightforward yet powerful tool that can offer a moment of calm and clarity.
