This is just another example of the great job being done by Biden and his appointees to fix problems left to them by the former incompetent administration.

Trump had 4 years to fix this and did NOTHING! How long would he have continued to totally IGNORE this issue?! Forever?!

The official added that since ICE began arresting migrants brought to the U.S. by the ISIS-linked smuggling group several months ago, no information has emerged tying them to a threat to the U.S. homeland.

To be fair that's a much better rationale than the "make things up, point fingers" mantra of people like you.

As in "ZOMG Joe Biden created a border crisis! Before him there was NO illegal immigration, supported by employers who needed the labor! "

"Also, before Joe Biden all borders and airports were totally sealed! It would have been impossible for any terrorists to enter the USA! Not even the ones who did!"

"We really need that last guy back, who didn't really do anything, but who FIXED EVERYTHING....even though it instantaneously got destroyed by Joe Biden". :(

With these stats, wouldn’t you think some decisive action is needed to curb illegal immigration? Like the bi-partisan legislation co-authored by Republicans? Imagine if such initiative was undertaken, agreed upon and one was ready to be out to paper, only to be rebuffed at vote because an influential candidate threatened anyone in his party that voted for the legislation. I can only assume that would get your ire.

Perhaps he's upset the already broad powers granted to the state to arrest basically anyone on immigration charges with no evidence of plotting anything terrorist related are being used too broadly and aggressively and don't warrant an abundance of caution in simply arresting people dubiously connected with ISIS-K.
