Haven't heard of Devin actually signing yet from Spivey, just announcing. 247 only shows Livingston signing so far. Get to the fax machine, young man.

 

That was my question as well. UF hasn’t received his LOI, but it could have something to do with his school’s FAX machine not working, or some other technical issue.

 

On3 says he’s signed.

I'm sure there are plenty of functional fax machines at UF. It's usually a delay on the other end.

 

Maybe they are using Cece Jefferson’s fax machine.
