Meh. I’m not defending violence or vandalism. From this video it was unruly, criminal, destructive to property and dangerous. Just questioning whether it was really domestic terrorism and attempted murder? It may be but seems like an over charge to me - no lawyer but I stayed in a holiday inn express once.

These people are protesting the building of a police training center where agents of the government will be literally training to attack civilians in a fake city (maybe to take their guns/rights away) and the "small government" people are taking the side of the government lol

I believe that two arrested were from other countries and most were from out of state.
Not sure how that works, "Hey Fred let's take a trip to ATL and go protest", "sure Martha I'll grab the passports".

I'm sure that's the whole intent of the center, for police to train to attack civilians.

Well if you’re the type of person who believes that a large group of MAGA tourists were just innocently sight-seeing in DC and happened to be welcomed by police to an insurrection at the Capitol building, then you should be able to figure out how a MAGA domestic terrorist group on the FBI watch list managed to infiltrate protestors.

How many were Canadians? I read that one of them was a Canadian national.

Why else would you build a fake city for cops and government agents to train in military-style counterinsurgency tactics for suppressing civil dissent/unrest or even regular crime?

So your suggesting the trouble makers were MAGA?
Any link to support this claim?

Sorry grammar police, I was typing on my phone and did have my readers on. I’m sure you’ve NEVER had a typo slip through. I’ll bet you know this but just wanted to try to score some cheap points.

Did you find a link yet to support “your” assertion?

He was a legal observer. Arresting him is a stain on the police. Refusing to drop the charges is a stain on the prosecution.

    Very obviously overcharged.

Don't apologize to them, you're feeding their egos. This is all they have in life to bring them happiness in their pathetic little lives to point out some errors on a political site, it's like a sickness they have. When their losing an argument, they resort to this.

I don’t think the training center is nefarious but I can see an argument for wasteful. I assume they charge other departments money to utilize. If the training helps with taking down school shooters more effectively I’m all for it.
