His problem is that that is a small town and he won’t be able to show his face in public without someone being an ass to him or his family. The locals are restless and won’t hold back. If next year doesn’t improve, I could see some sort of compromise between him and the university to part ways. They may not be able to buy him out, but they can make him and his families life really miserable. I’m not endorsing the behavior, but having lived there for 30 years I can guarantee you the locals aren’t above it as a solution.

could be anything really. He transferred in from Liberty the prior year….maybe he didn’t fit in culture wise, doesn’t like corn dogs, the WRroute trees, maybe LSU reduced his NIL…he had 10 tds the prior year at Liberty but had zero at LSU. Seemed under utilized.
