It's rinse and repeat with that club. They will wash out the lazies or the dead weight and not even think twice about it. And more kids will still want to get abused by them knowing that they are only there until they find a better player.

This doesn't seem like a good way to develop players for the long term. Those kids better be good from the first whistle or they are getting put out to pasture.
