2025 NON Gator Recruiting thread

This… all the flashy talent doesn’t scare me but this does. God help us if they get a heisman worthy qb.

 

Size wise are they bigger than ours? We got some huge lineman.

 

not really. I don’t want to point out certain players still here that have contributed literally nothing for several years, (several o linemen, Dlineman, a CB, and a few more guys) but if he was purging the entire roster, no way these guys would still be taking up a scholarship.
I think many players transferred because they didn’t want to play for a coaching staff that they didn’t get recruited by/committed to and others probably were told to leave due to issues. The under the radar non performers who go to class and show up to practice and are happy to never play or are okay with it …they are still on the team. At Bama they would have been forced to leave. Not saying what’s right or wrong way to do it but the teams winning titles are the ones over signing every year and cutting those guys loose whether they want to go or not.

 

There aren’t many of those non contributors left .I expect after this year, there won’t be many upper class men still on the team that didn’t get snaps.

 

What is the over/under on the Bama bump taking place? I’m thinking 4 star by next Saturday… and top 150 by October 1st.
