I don’t blame a QB for wanting to play in Leach’s system but I am surprised PSU, UK , or Ole Miss didn’t go after him.

i know ESD and NSD are a ways away and i dont want to rush to bury their current class, but their lack of follow up from last year at this time is odd.
Miami will follow suit next year. Ruiz has already said as much. The disadvantage of making these payments legal and public is it drives the price up each year and makes it unsustainable. At least privately, under the table payments helped keep a capnof sorts on these payments in general
FSU coaches have this year to turn it around if they are fired. Do you want to bet on FSU? Recruiting does not look too good. Kids don’t want to commit to a staff that will likely be fired at the end of the season. Not sure how their OL coach is recruiting so well given their lame duck season ahead.
Currently being heavily weighted by 5* Hill's (15th over all) commitment. They have a good OT too but as of now a third of their commits are 3 stars (3/9) to be clear, I think they will be ok, not great but ok, as they still are expected to land 5* David Hicks (7th overall) but not sure they can compete for top 5 this year unless they flip a bunch of kids. Probably around 15th-ish ranked class if I had to guess with a lil optimism.
