Why?

 

Hard to believe that kids are committing to Auburn knowing that they'll have a new coach next year.

 

I was thinking the same thing. Saw Bobby’s earlier post with a crystal ball of Bain to auburn as well. Can’t believe Harsin will be coaching there next year so strange any top players would be going there unless die auburn fans.

 

You are correct but he is sweating it. And it won't be the first time they ran a coach out of town with no other options.

Has he said anything at all to believe we have any chance with him? I'm not a recrutnik but I haven't seen anything here that says yes.

 

Texas is having a good recruiting year and Steve Sarkisian is now 10-10 at TX and lost 5 straight away games. Steve walked out with his players and did not sing the school’s “Eyes of Texas” song prior to leaving the field after their loss to Oklahoma State. Recruits still see the TX coaches vision despite the two years of losses and .500 record. Proves that if you have coaches that are good recruiters and can develop relationships with kids, we can prevail in recruiting despite an initial lack of on field success
