I believe there were 64 games total in the tournament getting to the Final 4. That includes the 4 play-in games. I saw a graphic that there were only 11 upsets, which is the fewest in many years. NIL and the portal have almost eliminated the possibility of Cinderellas. There were a bunch of really exciting games, though.

I didn't put in a money bracket this year but I have a friend that did and I told him that Memphis losing at a 5 was as close to a lock as you could get for an "upset". The most extremely over-rated team.

This year was unique. There were four teams really much better than the rest and all #1 seeds. Making a chalk bracket with all four #1's was a smart play.

 

Johnni’s right elbow bent backwards, his shoulder has been out three times this year.

 

I wonder if they would be favored without the Broome injury. I’m assuming they’re taking that into account even with him returning.
