UConn needs to be taken seriously or don't be surprised they end up with a 3 peat. The players maybe different but their coach is still the coach that took 2 different teams to a title. Their 1st one was also as an 8th seed. If these guys wake up, they will be very difficult to beat.

They won as a 4 seed and a 1 seed.

this team is far behind those teams, and the elite of college basketball.

Not to say they can’t win a game or two, but highly unlikely this version gets very far.

Billy Donovan was without question an elite coach after back to back championships. Did anyone fear his team the year after that just because Billy was coaching? Players matter.

I'm watching the Arkansas/St. Johns game from the bottom 1/2 of the West bracket. Very physical game. Arkansas is starting to get some of their hurt players back and are playing well with a 3 point halftime lead as a #10 seed. St. Johns doesn't shoot it very well, but they are tenacious on the offensive boards and play excellent defense with a lot of turnovers.

    I did.

Most overseeded team in the bracket with a key player out.

St Johns is EXTREMELY physical. I think that they can bully a lot of teams but will find it hard to bully Condon, Chins, Jr, Will and Martin if we play them.

As long as fouls are being called evenly, nobody is gonna push our team around.

Feel like St. John’s is a poor man’s Tennessee. Physical, stress D, offensively challenged

Here come the refs to St J’s rescue, fouling out Arkys big guys with 12minutes left, while St J hacks holds pulls and grabs down low on every possession and refs swallow their whistle

When I was a student at Illinois in the mid to late 1970's the student section was called The Orange Crush. Perhaps they still are. The bad thing was that they were a small section angled off the baseline and not like what students have at Duke and UF. The Cameron Crazies were not the first named student section.

When I came to UF in 1982 I was first shocked that I could walk up and get good tickets for any game not involving UK and that the students had the entire Level 1 side court. First Gator game I attended was against the Vern Fleming Georgia team that went to the Final Four. My wife and I walked up and got first row seats on the baseline.

Also got to see the the "Who cares?" etc student antics with the Independent Alligator when the opposing team was introduced. Of course that would be a T nowadays. Loved it.

The refs having a tough day of it in this game. Ark guy fouled out with 12 mins left in game, and multiple players have 4 fouls, and still 11:00 left in game.

Fun pace, though. Looks like it will be close right to the end.
