Believe Colorado St was favored in this game. At least they were when the brackets were announced.

 

Not there were a ton of games but saw something about Torvik ratings since 3/1, we were the only SEC team in top 10. We were #1 of course.

I thought the announcers in both games were really rooting for Memphis and North Carolina. Glad both lost. Robert Morris gave Alabama all they could handle. SEC lower seeds not doing well at all. Maybe the league wasn't as great and dominant as all the so-called experts thought. I think putting 14 of 16 SEC teams in the Dance was a little much. I'm not an SEC fan, though - Just a Gator fan.

 

Maryland crushing Grand Canyon. Is Maryland that good or Grand Canyon way overrated or possibly both? Can CSU even play with them?

 

Maryland has a great starting 5 but very limited depth.

 

Maryland is a really good squad. Size and play hard.

 

Anyone watching the OU/UConn game? UConn's D is not very good, OU just missing wide open 3 pointers.

 

Richard Pitino’s New Mexico St. beats Shaka Smart’s Marquette. Kind of cool having some former Billy Donovan Gator assistant coaches face off as head coaches against each other.

 

UCONN’s 3 point defense has been abysmal all year, so no surprise there. Assuming they win this game (far from a guarantee), Florida on paper matches up very well with them.
