wait...what year was it that LSU ran the same off tackle running play (pulling opposite guard) for about 20 yards a pop..multiple times before half and no adjustments were made? That's when I knew something had to change in the coaching staff.

I wasn't trying to give us no credit. By all accounts we are in his top 2, so we are doing something right. For all we know he hates LA or would rather be in a small town focusing on his craft than be distracted by the bright lights and big city of LA. We don't often compete against USC, which makes me wonder if we are competing more against Riley than the school or NIL or market. Good point about AR though. Even if he didn't accomplish anything at UF, if he is drafted in the first round, it goes on Billy's resume.

I have posted several times this particular theme:

"What if" - Ivy League schools decide to get into the college football "bid-ness"?

If it truly becomes only about M-O-N-E-Y for H.S. players (or transfers) traditional football powers outside of f Texas better hold their breath. Several Ivy League schools have the "dough" to make ANY SEC school crawl home crying to momma.

I’ll agree the LA market is intriguing and a larger money market itself. It just may not be enough money to get you to say no to your favorite team growing up, in a more exciting Conference. LA has also become a shit hole and littered with crime right now. As a parent, that would concern me.

Come to UF, you can play in the toughest conference and we can make you a first round pick. Come to USC, you can win the Hesiman in a mediocre conference. Richardson still may be drafted higher than Williams. That will be interesting to watch for.

I think alot of these kids have the talent to win the Hesiman under good OC or coach’s. I think it boils down to the talent around them, that wins them the attributes. Most are thanking their OL and WRs.

Difference was LSU's defense improved over the course of 2019 while ours regressed during 2020.

If we land Lagway, Juluke's recruiting reputation will skyrocket. He is Lagway's primary recruiter and turning into an amazing recruiter.
