I'mma go out on a limb and take the Aggies for the championship.......

 

For me pulling for the hounds is just like pulling for the longhorns or ND—it ain’t happening….

 

I may be colored by exposure to the Creamsicle Crowd hereabouts but I can't help but think the Aggies blew their chance when their offense was slumbering while the battery held the Vol bats silent through so many innings. I'm seeing Vols in the winner circle tonight. Sadly.

 

Personally, UT has the pitching depth, and consistency of hitting, I think tonight they put both together and win.

 

If the Vols are to win they need to get the lead early. Can't see them beating the Aggies closer. He has been dominant. Id name him but can't spell it. Aschensloss or something like that..

 

Pretty wild stat: Vols haven't won a single National Championship in ANY sport since 2009 (Women's Indoor T&F).

Gators have won 27 NCAA National Championships in 14 different sports in that same span. Note that excludes both our HD era FB and BB Natty's.

They've got a lot of chips riding on #22 tonight.
