I assume you were replying to the transfer portal thread on Colby Shelton? He was definitely sketchy in the field with 10 errors in 88 chances…..ouch. For comparison Halter had 6 errors in 111 chances. Maybe DH since Heyman will be catching

 

True, but as a freshman. Regardless, his bat would be huge as you alluded by suggesting him as our DH.

 

I defefinatly didn't mean for my post about Halter/Shelton to end up in this thread. Wow, getting old sucks. And, I'm only "50".

Interesting. It is true that Kowar came out of the pen in 2017, but that was to close out the entire championship. Throwing Cags on top of Sproat or Waldrep in game 1 or 2 would be a different deal.

You would imagine Sully feels comfortable starting Fisher and Slater, if needed, if he uses Cags the first two games out of the pen. I think a good question would be would he bring in Cags down a run or more whether middle innings or late?

That was a fun game to watch.

 

They put pitchers and hitters on a clock....and let that TCU baserunner take 5 minutes to stroll back to first from second after foul balls. Was praying that prima donna didn't score the tying run
