It's been going for a few weeks now. Again, perception is reality and they are specifically attacking our class. I hope Miami gets smoked the rest of their games
I'm not coming at you but what do you want done? Personally speaking let them have it. You want to fund the new York Yankees for unproven talent then you probably gotta find a team that desperate. We aren't playing that game and I'm OK with it. Is what it is. Now I'll join in griping that we have the worst timing/luck in all of sports the past ten years or so. If we had a CEO like Napier a few years ago we would ve neck and neck with the big boys. The game changed and while there has always been pay for play this NIL farce has ruined it for us for the time being.
I was literally about the type that Miami is taking our low lying fruit From my wide receiver class as long as they keep their mitts off of Wilson and Mizell I'm good
What's the back story though? Injured? How is the offense doing overall? Is it a qb issue or is it just him struggling? Rhetorical unless you know
I think nil will help UF. While we aren’t dropping rediculous cash for top50 guys, we are stacking 4* kids.. a qb may be the only position I’d pay stupid money for…… and not Rashada.
Yes I agree but I think we would have had much more separation from some programs if the business didn't change and we had brought in a true recruiting staff and structure like we have now a few years ago. I don't care how much people buy into the Cristobal is a recruiting God narrative, without NIL they aren't sniffing the top ten. I think we would have without it. That's my only point
I think it would be hard to consistently stay inside the top 10 with any staff if you’re not paying players. Everybody cruise well at Bama and when they go someplace else they’re not the same recruiter. It comes down to cash and it just seems Florida has tried to curtail that as much as possible. Nil gives us the opportunity to pay
