Yea, too early to judge. Looks like they are attempting to play real soccer and understand the game, but just lost to many players over the past few years, and didn't recruit enough top tier talent.

all she needs is a few freshman studs and hit the portal -- the SEC is much tougher than it was, but I think that is because Florida used to dominate the league. It was Florida, then everyone else trying to catch them.

We are the only SEC team to have won a national title or play for one. The noles are the pride of the sunshine state now, even with their coach departure. Not sure if we are going to catch them. Krikorian came in and really almost had instant success....Hopefully they have a drop off without him

Tonight's game against USF probably will be a close one, but Sunday against FSU will be ugly. Expect that to be 5-0.

USF's head coach is Canadian, so I guess she feels obligated to recruit a ton of Canadian's. Lots of Foreign players on the roster: Denmark, England, Spain, Germany and Texas (wink wink...)

Wasn’t pretty, but important win tonight.
2-1, with the winner in the 82nd.

I dont know much about soccer, went to the match. We were dramatically outclassed in this. My friends who I was with know a lot about soccer, let me know we were missing at least 5 girls who play a lot but we still would not have won. Said in terms of talent FSU should have beaten us a lot more then they did. Future is looking brighter with the women we have committed and they said the coach has said she will hit the portal harder this year. But trying to build it the right way.

Yeah, missing injured players on an already depleted roster is not a good recipe. But they will be fine, Bohon is a good hire long term

19 shots to 3. That is controlling the ball. Brighter days ahead hopefully!

Just too depleted and zero pace up top. Kouri Peace can run like crazy, but isn't much of an offensive threat.
The transfer Tess Barton is slow. she had a few really nice chances runs, but wasn't getting behind the fsu defenders.

if this team makes the SEC tourney the coach has done a fabulous job! that is the only truly obtainable end of season goal: make SEC tourney.

Game should’ve been closer to 3-0 with the players that were available. Coach played at some points 5 freshman on field at same time. Great to get them ready to contribute. Had team been healthy this game would’ve been closer although still on losing end.

watch most of the gator game vs ecu until the weather delay occurred. (we turned it off at 1 to 1).

Gators looked better, conditions became unplayable for sure. Not sure how a top notch field like that doesn't have proper covered benches and/or tents for the players. It was a torrential downpour

ECU is not a bad team. Leskauskas for the gators shoots from every distance imaginable, none had a chance of going in the net.
it also seems like our top assistant does a lot of the coaching, might be 100% wrong, but he seems to be the vocal leader on the sidelines.

Brutal 5 game stretch for the gators coming up - Tenn, ole miss, Dawgs, USC, pigs.

I'll be stunned if we score more than 3 goals in the 5 game stretch, and my guess is we lose all 5 games each by at least 2 goals.
I'll say it again, never like the Tony Amato hire

Better play but another tough loss to Tenn in a game that we outshot them and had more opportunities than any game so far this season. Tenn goalie was tremendous but we got hit with another game deciding PK. Coach shook up the starters and team missing a few more players due to Illness and injury. We’re going to get one soon.

Just watched the final 35 minutes of tonight's match agains Ole Miss. It was my first opportunity to see them this year. They got off one legitimate shot, otherwise never threatened.

At least there were no defensive give-aways (in the 35 minutes I saw) which stranded the Keeper 1v1 with an attacker. So, that is an improvement.

Tough game with limited players as a few starters out. Team is close but needs to do better connecting in final third.

    Make it 2-0.
I just got to the gym in Dallas, TX and the game is on right in front of the stationary bike I am using to warm up. Been here 5 minutes. Cursed weekend.

Crazy, it's the first time Dawgs have ever beat the gators in G'ville! Crazy!
Shows ya how good we were and also how bad the dawgs have historically been. They are making strides with the new coach, still I don't think they are a top tier team.
Really interested to see bama/dawg game tomorrow night.
