Ark looked sharp. As far as the UT guy getting tossed. Umps will usually give you the first and a warning - he must have been being a jackass all game.

 

And the fact he thought he could get away with it says alot about the ut program under vitello

 

Said today he was warned earlier in game for arguing ball/strikes...from the OF..lol

I get why he was so shocked though.

 

So why does the ECU coach wear a glove when he visits the mound?

 

With what he said most umps I’ve known would not warn. They would toss from game immediately. Arguing the first strike and using profanities as he did is an easy ejection. Only time that wouldn’t happen is when the umpire was so surprised by those actions that he was just caught off guard. That was the easiest ejection I’ve seen in years. 10/10 good umpires would have done the same thing.

might have been different if he had said “ looked low” or “wow” but I’ve never ( 40 plus years) seen a first strike reacted to in that manner the way the UT player did.

He’s from Fl and played JUCO ball here (Indian River CC) before he went to LSU.

Rough start for Bright(AU #3) Pen went 7 straight scoreless after.

With Hjerpe(Nat. P of Year) being a late scratch, & assuming going tomorrow, almost had to win that one. Ace vs Ace tomorrw if so. Beavs cant hit LHP, problem is AU used their only 2 tonight.

 

Stanford hit 8 HRs, incl. 4 in the 9th & lost. 13-12 F. Was 13-4. UConn has 1st rounder going tomorrow.

they went back to dorms across campus.. Other team drove hour 1/2 back to hotel. true story

 

I pull for SEC when Gators are out of it - exception Vols baseball, Kentucky basketball. Vitello is an a-hole- damn good coach though- Really fires up his team- still an a-hole.

 

Horns there seems to be an urgency in Bianco this playoff season. Does it seem that way to you?
