    Any Bull Gators on this Board that can reach out to Walter Nolen? We finished second in his recruitment the year TAMU used NIL to build that class that knocked out Urban's number one class.

    He is from TN though. But so is SOS!
    And even Peyton won one game in the Swamp (favorite trivia question)

    In 12 games, Nolen totaled 37 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, and four sacks. His ability to close gaps helped A&M feature one of the top FBS run defenses and added a second element to the pass rush up the middle.

    Nolen, a native of Powell, Tenn., committed to A&M over other top SEC programs, including Florida, Alabama, Georgia, LSU and Tennessee. He was the highest-rated recruit to sign with A&M since 2000, and was the headline addition to the Aggies' No. 1 recruiting class in 2022.

    Yes, very good. He'll be the best DT in the portal. Which .awesome me think we won't have a shot at him...sadly.

    Maybe I misinterpret your comment, but I don't think that message was mocking your question. I think it was an answer to your question in that it's unclear how good Nolen has been. At least that's how I read it.

    Tennessee played Vatech when jacksonville was renovating the stadium I believe.

    Urban's legendary recruiting class had to have deep pockets behind the scenes. Does the state NIL law not apply to UM being a private school, or is it a non factor? Billy has said NIL will be an advantage at UF, but Auburn is quietly getting a lot of 5 star recruits of late.

    I'm assuming Walter Nolen would want to know who the DL coach will be, he would be a difference maker, and He took his official visit before the new facilities. I completely assume that NIL has a say in his decision. I also assume when we hear rumors of a player entering the portal who doesn't that it's a NIL angle.

    I'm hoping for another minor purge, a nice 2024 HS class and Transfer Portal class. Hold me over until Gator Baseball season.

    He won a Gator bowl that was played in the Swamp due to renovations in Jacksonville.
