Reminded me of seeing a long airborne TD in Spurrier's early days. (as coach not player).

 

Slow-mo it looked Vaz let that one go through. I know he didn’t but very strange sometimes how these dribblers get through. His leg was down perfect to block that shot then last second slightly lifted his knee off the ice. Head scratcher.

 

3-0 series lead for the Lightning. The fat lady is warming up. I know where I will be Monday night.

 

Gassy has a terrible game by his standards and they still won by 3.

I don't know what happened to Price in this series. In the first 3 playoff series he was unbelievable. Against the Bolts he is much more ordinary, has even allowed a few soft ones. On the other end Vasilievsky has been outlandish. That has been a defining difference since it didn't allow for the Canadiens to overcome the talent differential with max effort as demostrated in Game 2!

 

So what do y’all want, a sweep or winning the cup in 5 at home?

 

I'm good either way. It would be cool, though, to hoist another championship in Tampa.

Has to drive Canadian’s mad that their national sport is now dominated by a team with melting ice in Florida!! Congrats to Tampa Bay. I enjoy watching them play. Like my Islanders when I was growing up. You know the crazy thing about sport’s stars at that time. They lived in the community with you snd interacted like normal people. I would have Mets that attended and watched my Little League games and a few Islanders came to a party at my parent’s house one weekend. Do not see that much anymore.

 

How might the Bolts one-up Brady's Lombardi trophy toss to Gronk? Skydiving with Lord Stanley's Cup? Perhaps a runway appearance at Mons?

 

How freaking ridiculous - nobody inside the arena to cheer on their team, and probably twice the arena capacity jammed shoulder to shoulder outside the place. Brilliant!
