Seems to have been discredited. At least not validated. Would you have me continue promoting its claims?

do you still believe it now that they have been forced to admit it was all fraud to begin with?

what leads one to believe these types of works of fiction? is it just confirmational bias or ???

Does it make you question any of your other sources?

this is another false claim. Bragg campaigned on going after white collar crime and he has prosecuted 150+ similar white collar crimes.

Was the DOJ weaponized under djt when they prosecuted Cohen and put him in jail for crimes related to the same payoff to stormy?

what would convince trump followers that they are beign conned? how much of this misinformation will they continue to believe before they realize they are being played?

perhaps you forgot but Bragg originally put the case on djt on hold until he could gather more facts

District attorney Alvin Bragg who prosecuted Trump says he was just doing his job | AP News
NEW YORK (AP) — When Alvin Bragg took office as Manhattan district attorney in 2022, he stunned the public and his own staff by pausing an investigation into former President Donald Trump that appeared to be hurtling toward an indictment.

Two top prosecutors were so upset with the decision, they quit. One called Bragg’s hesitation to bring a case against Trump “a grave failure of justice.”

I still believe shenanigans were involved in and leading up to the 20 election.

The mules hypothesis seemed plausible given the evidence claimed (to be contrasted with the actual evidence offered). Do no, as to the mules theory.

    As for sources--sure.

Kraken girl, pillow guy, and D'sousa for eg, pinned all their cred on being able to prove the election was stolen, and failed to deliver. They've all been effectively nueterd and no longer command attention or sway in the political arena.

    Cest la vie.

It was weaponized or playing defense depending on political affiliation of the defendant frequently during trump’s reich.
It was very much weaponized when it sent Cohen back to jail when Trump found out Cohen was writing a book. One must remember every accusation by trump is a confession.

The Trump administration retaliated against Michael Cohen, because he planned to publish a book about the president, a suit filed by the attorney alleges.

    source:%20ABC%20News
Michael Cohen was sent back to prison over tell-all book on Trump, suit claims

Cohen had refused to sign a form that would have barred him from speaking in public, including by publishing a book, as a condition of home confinement.

    source:%20NBC%20News
Judge finds Michael Cohen’s return to prison ‘retaliatory,’ orders his release

A federal judge on Thursday ordered the release of Michael Cohen to home confinement, agreeing with his lawyers that he was wrongly sent back to prison after making public statements critical of President Donald Trump.

The judge was in the tank for the prosecution from the get and all along. 55 pages of jury instructions? Pick your crime, you don't have to agree on the crime or the elements... blocking defense expert who would have testified that Trump had not violated campaign laws...

The list is long. The verdict will get overturned, and the transcripts will be shredded 6 ways from Sunday...

The case will stand as a text book study in kangaroo court mob hit piece...

But also as a template for how to take out your opposition, 3rd world style.

Just remember y'all applauded that, bc you will be gagging on the same poison in the not too distant future.

    go team

You made similarly false claims about election fraud. At some point, you've got to become willing to learn.

The judge was so in the tank for the prosecution that he made objections on behalf of the defense when the defense attorneys didn't realize they should have been making objections to what the prosecution was doing? So in the tank for the prosecution that he excused the jury when he wanted to correct the defense attorneys on their errors so that the jury wouldn't be influenced by his comments?

It smelt to high hell, and the stank was validated in various regards, such as the deep state intel community cooking the info by colliding with social media, targeting pro-Trump stuff as Russian election interference, while running cover for Biden re the lap top, Barisma, China, etc etc...

Do you support that crooked shit, or deny it,?

Maybe YOU could stand to do some learning.

[Sorry...withdrew that last part--cinfused whom I was addressing].

the judge allowed 10 violations of the gag order with no consequences yet he is in the tank for the prosecution? I mean wth?

the law says that if the business fraud was in furtherance of any other crime. that seems to be lost on so many people who either don't understand it or don't want to understand it. not sure which one group you fall into. do you understand that the case had nothing to do with campaign finance and that is why the judge didn't allow that? A judges job is to keep the trial focused ont he charges and not go down whatever rabbit hole a defense wants to pollute the jury with?

was the prosecution of cohen for the payoffs also a kangaroo court?

every non-partisan legal mind said the judge gave djt more leeway than any other defendant would ever get.

Is it possible that your sources are as wrong on this take as they were on 2000 mules?

what legal basis do you think will be found to overturn a jury verdict? I guess if it is as clear cut as you believe this is, jsut like the 2000 mules, it won't take long for the appeal to go through. If the appeal is denied, will that be a kangaroo court too?

Is there any conviction of djt that won't be a rigged judge and jury?

your conviction here is just as strong as your conviction on 2000 mules and it will be proven to be misplaced again

I deny it. You do realize that the trump campaign manager admits to meetign with russians and providing them polling data, or do you deny that too?

I do plenty of learning, am a skeptic by nature, but not a conspiracy theorist. Hope you find your way out of the misinformation rabbit hole you seem to occupy, it is the greatest threat to this country and people like you who believe all the lies are just helping our enemies. as time passes, more and more of your conspiracy theories will be shown to be just as false as 2000 mules and the rigged voting machines

"Deny".... based on echoing the canned narrative, while claiming to be open minded, and skeptical...

    Uh huh...very convincing.

Who paid for the Russian dossier? Did it's author stand by it? Even for $1 mil? How many FISA warrants were obtained from that discredited dossier?

    ...

The entire Russian collusion hoax was fabricated from the get and perpetuated, and used to hamstring Trump's presidency from the get...

It was THE insurance policy the fbi agent referenced in his texts to his gf (also agent, paige?).

That is NOT how democracy works.

We do not need closest paternalistic spooks protecting us from...us.

That part musta been rit in invisible ink bt the lines in the constitution... :ninja3:

    ...or it's not there.

Paul Manafort Exclusive: I Gave Trump Campaign Polling Data to Russian Associate - Business Insider

In an interview with Insider, Paul Manafort, who served as Donald Trump's campaign chairman, made his first public admission that in 2016 he shared polling data from the Trump campaign with Konstantin Kilimnik, a longtime business associate with suspected ties to Russian intelligence.

Kilimnik then passed the data on to Russian spies, according to the US Treasury Department, which has characterized the data as "sensitive information on polling and campaign strategy."

Manafort's acknowledgment contradicts his earlier denials during the investigation into election interference conducted by the special counsel Robert Mueller. At the time, Manafort denied he had anything to do with the transfer of sensitive campaign data. It also differs from the account he gives in his forthcoming memoir, "Political Prisoner," in which he concedes that he only presented Kilimnik with "talking points" on polling data that was already public.
    ..............................
In fact, in an email seized by Mueller, Manafort ordered his deputy Rick Gates, just a few hours before the two men met with Kilimnik in person, to print out four pages of internal campaign-polling data showing Trump's city-by-city strength in 18 swing states. Contrary to Manafort's claim, the data was not from the spring. It was collected by the campaign in mid-July — two weeks before the meeting with Kilimnik.

Manafort, huh? Well Mr "Skeptical"...why do you suppose they limited the charges to financial crimes, and avoided Russia Russia Russia?

Trump’s Presidency: The trials of Paul Manafort

...more fun about how our intel agencies abandoned SOP as they tripped over themselves trying to save us from us, by trying to correct what THEY assessed, was a mistake by the American voter:

It's like McCarthism, from behind the scenes.

The very 'deep state' Ike warned us about, and which took JFK (and bobby) out....

    That's our *democracy*.

We can vote POTUS for whom we please...as long as the swamp-o-crats approve.

Bless your heart. Making idiotic assertions about what is true and what will happen in the very thread you embarrassed yourself by doing the same. I’d offer you a wager on this subject if I wasn’t certain you don’t have the stones to accept it.
