A better question to ask is for better proof about whether they were even mules to begin with?

And at such a large scale, you should also ask how is it that such a conspiracy can remain so secretive?

And whether it's conspiratorial presumptions finding ordinary behavior as criminal?

And why if all this alleged fraud was occurring, it didn't show up in voting as things being amiss?

This is the problem with constantly alleging baseless conspiracies; for one it's crying wolf, and two, people start with a conspiracy to find conspiracy, thus everything gets interpreted as conspiracy.

And right now, with the right wing, D'Souza has found a bunch of gullible marks who eat this up. It's a sad commentary on the state of the republican party base.

Does any state track ballots cast in person with identifying information?

That was my point. Conspiracies so deep down the rabbit hole that you get allegations of the two not being kept together. Smdh

Dinesh D’Souza is a felon and extreme far right commentator. He has absolutely no credibility whatsoever, but of course MAGA is eating up this film, which proves absolutely nothing but speculation and more dumbass conspiracy theories, because it takes their side and they will believe what they want to believe.

You should watch D’Souza’s movie about Obama sometime and then think he has any credibility. The guy is a complete fraud, and of course, being another right wing grifter, is charging an absurd $30 to watch it. If it smells like a scam and looks like a scam, it’s a scam, lol.

So after watching about 60% of the movie, it provides some interesting details.

First, they purchased and used some kind of unique ID tracking that apparently every phone gives off. Then they limited the search to the same unique IDs that were at specific drop boxes more than 5 times in a given period of time.

Second, they were able to get apparently a ridiculous amount of surveillance footage of many drop boxes.

They showed people who showed up with gloves on and dropped off multiple ballots into the box. Someone doing that once, ok maybe for family. Doing it a few times though??

They also started noticing many of them taking pictures as they put the ballots on the boxes. Many were at very odd times like 3-4 AM.

Why would anyone person need to do this more than once or stretch it to twice? They found over 2k that did it at least 5 times.

The device tracking can be linked to video surveillance.

At a minimum, they should present this to the authorities with all the data and let them determine if these people committed election fraud.

Nothing can be changed about the 2020 election but if something did happen here, at least punish those who did it and come up with policies to help protect against it.

I can recreate all of that before lunch today. I am 100 yards from a drop box. I can go put 100s of "ballots" in it & have someone record it on my phone. Or I could do it tonight with gloves & a hoodie. Rubes gonna rube.

    Ok
First, why would you be doing it? How would you have 100 ballots legally? Why have on gloves and take pictures as you are dropping off your 100 ballots?
Why would you be doing it multiple times?

Why do you think gloves are evidence of wrongdoing? Do you think somebody is worried that they are going to fingerprint a box on which literally thousands of people leave their fingerprints and in which fingerprints aren't evidence of wrongdoing? This seems like taking advantage of people whose knowledge of criminal investigations are made up of fictional TV shows, where they always use fingerprints.

BTW, as somebody who has worked with mobile location data, there is no way to confirm that a person went to a box multiple times with that data. It doesn't have that kind of accurate granularity.

Beyond that, there are people who are legally allowed to collect ballots.

Was any of this brought up in the movie?

I don't think gloves alone are. It's just odd and part of everything else they found. As far as fingerprints, it was what nabbed other prior people who committed election fraud in the past.
The info I found regarding the unique ID and tracking its GPS is good within a few meters. That is the point of video evidence to confirm the same ID going to the box.

There is no one that is legally allowed to collect and drop off ballots like that in the ballot boxes. Some states allow you to do it for family members and that is it.
