Jeffrey Epstein: International Moneyman of Mystery
The really sad thing about the way Trump cut ties with Epstein and stopped using Epstein's private jet was that no one bothered to ask why. The way Trump bravely kept quiet and stood by while more and more girls were trafficked out to that island should have really opened the door to what was going on.

Good grief. It’s not about which “is a bigger deal”. It’s about pertinence of evidence.

The Access Hollywood tape is not revealing towards anyone else, except for the man in the tape. In that case Donald Trump bragging how he’s able to sexually abuse women.

Likewise, the video of P.Diddy abusing a woman in a hotel is what led more women coming forward against him and (hopefully) to his ultimate undoing. That tape was obviously much more visceral than Trumps shit talking.

It takes more and longer to pierce the protection offered by money, power, and influence. Not the first example.

I merely expressed that it was disappointing that Trump’s confession revealed what was widespread in Hollywood, but no one picked up on it. That’s all.

But somehow that caused some people’s heads to explode.

Trump mocking the reporter was kind of the first glimpse into what he was. I remember long gone posters here defending it that he was doing something else and not mocking the reporter. Those defenses were the first glimpse into what MaGA was as well.

Trump did mock the reporter - in the same way he had mocked several others around that time, with his arms flailing and flapping about. This particular reporter's disability caused his arms/legs to "freeze up;" so, Trump's mockery was exactly the opposite of what his affliction was. He wasn't mocking his disability - he was mocking/lampooning his reporting and his interview of Trump. Is this not what we ask of people - to treat people similarly?

But, this is all lost because of your other accurate point below:

Definitely become numb to at at this point. Like you said. But I remember when that happened and they made excuses I was genuinely confused.
Those in the sales/perception/image world know you have about 30 seconds with the average person to position their viewpoint and persuade. For example, for two+ years we had (and often on this board) that Trump called Nazis in Charlottesville "very fine people." Two years. Now, this has been debunked; but, just like the "mocking" of the disabled reporter the die was cast: it matters little what the accurate story is - it only matters what you get people to believe.

I'm not saying Trump is akin to Mother Theresa. The point here is that with the:
    1. Mocking of reporter
    2. Charlottesville comment
    3. 51 former intelligent officers... ad infinitum someone really, really, really wants Trump gone; and, this was started way before he became POTUS. Why? No one hated DJT prior to him running. He was welcome on The View, MSNBC, etc. He was a great New Yorker. Remember when he said "The Obama administration is wire-tapping our campaign..." and he was laughed at and ridiculed? Then, several years later it's shown that the FBI did in fact listen to phone calls (see below). Why is it DJT whines and complains...is mocked and ridiculed (along w/ supporters) and often is vindicated by facts?

BEFORE: Trump Tower wiretapping allegations - Wikipedia
    AFTER: https://www.npr.org/2020/01/11/7955...ndling-surveillance-of-trump-campaign-adviser

Someone really, really wants Trump gone. Why?

Yes, the entertainment industry is heavily to the left and people knew but this has happened within heavily conservative organizations (Catholic Church) as well. Money, power, and influence is a powerfully protective slime.

Perhaps the worst post I've seen on Too Hot, making excuses for Trump's awful, continuing misconduct.

These aren't a few misdeeds. They pile up, one upon another, until we're buried in a heaping pile of manure.

And the conclusion? Someones out to get Trump.

I won’t vote for them, either. Expose every single complicit person, and I’m good with that. None of that offers an excuse for Trump, which is what yiure trying to do. Awful people shouldn’t be entrusted with our nation’s treasure.

No you merely tried to deflect and change the topic. The really sad thing isn’t that this was somehow supposed to lead to investigations into Harvey Weinstein, no the really sad thing is not only did Trump say this, but millions of Americans dismissed it as locker room talk and voted for the POS to be president.

100% right - I provide facts and documentation ( a/k/a "excuses" in your parlance ) for CLAIMS of Trump's evil, awful, nefarious misconduct....which later prove to be untrue.
Why was the FBI listening in on his campaign prior to the 2016 election? Because Trump is crude, lewd, and rude? Don't think so - that's 50% of Washington.

You read and found in my post what you want to read and find. As I agreed with @channingcrowderhungry - people are numb and the die is cast.

Could it have been that Russian intelligence services started a campaign to assist him in winning the election and that multiple members of his campaign were in contact with Russian agents?

How about draft-dodger Trump's disgraceful insult to John McCain, claiming he isn't a war hero because he was captured (and tortured and held prisoner for several years)?

Just one of many insults to veterans. I could list many of them, but choose not to crap all over this board.

Yeah, I don't get it either. It's not like he's in the news all day everyday or running for office or anything. Just leave the guy alone.

See, you don't have the market cornered on stupid posts.

So Trump's performance was the exact opposite of the reporter's disability?

Quality editing and freezing of the image- Goebbels would be proud.

    1. Show the video of Trump
    2. Show the other videos of Trump mocking others in the same fashion, or
    3. Acknowledge your goal is to “win” - truth be damned.
    Any choice is acceptable

Agreed. I also think it’s important to point out that Diddy’s and Weinstein’s behavior and character are largely immaterial to all of us. No bearing on our lives. They aren’t about to be elected president of the United States.
