    Seems like there’s a rule where players are only allowed 20 hours a week to dedicate towards football. That’s practice, game, film study, etc. not sure if that’s really the rule or not but that’s what the comments are. But still not sure where Deion says anything to suggest players went over that time. I don’t like him but calling it how I see it on that aspect

    There is a 20 hr rule. But it has to do with coach contact with a player. There is no rules for self study by a player that I know of.

    According to this, the fact he tracks player film study if it's voluntary, would be a violation.
