100 Executive orders starting on Day 1

When Biden signed around 20 in his first day the Republicans were up in arms and were trying to link him to a dictator. I am sure they will throw a fit if Trump signs 100.

I, too, am old enough to remember when right wing posters used to rail against Executive Orders on this board. They were so "unconstitutional"

 

These EOs undo that crap that Biden did. So, it's necessary, and the RINOs in the congress will not help get anything Trump promised on the campaign trail done in a timely fashion. So, this is what Trump has in his toolbox. And I am all for Trump getting his agenda done.

This would/will basically be Trump letting us know what he plans to fail at. Because we all know that EO's are impermanent, and usually slapdash attempts to fix issues that can be complex and require compromised meaningful legislation.

So get ready for Trump to let us know what he plans to fail at. For a second time.

 

I also don't understand the need for EOs when Republicans are gonna control everything? Their issues with EOs was clearly not rooted in priciniple. Shocking. I know. It's almost like they're fully ready for their new king to wave his sceptre just to watch it glisten.

I remember when EOs used to be worth worrying about. Now they are so overused and oft ignored it’s hard to take them seriously. (Depending on the order).

 

It's not the best way to conduct business from the office of the POTUS, but it's the only way to undo Biden's EOs.

 

Someone please update when it's officially the "Gulf of America." He deserves a 3rd term just for that.
