Nobody is going to go and do your homework for you, esp. when you act the way you have in this thread.

Want to link to me in your article where it says that? Spoiler alert, it doesn't.

The article Dad(x4) linked did mention that abortions due to rape & incest are permitted. I'm pretty sure the issue here is the six week rule, which you noted in the OP.

What I read in what he posted said they would be covered by insurance in the instance of rape. Granted all I did was search the article for the word "rape."

"Abortion is banned at six weeks of pregnancy, except in cases of life endangerment or severely compromised physical health."

This story is so horrifying because it could be any one of us-regardless of our politics, religion, race, orientation, where we live, or what we believe.

Will anyone on here say she should be forced to have that baby? What if she couldn’t afford to get to a neighboring state, or the nearest facility was 4 states away. Or if Ohio had done what Ken Paxton proposed yesterday, when he said he wants to impose a $100,000 fine for entities providing financial assistance to someone leaving Texas for an abortion.

Is this honestly the America any of you want to live in? Where a 10 year old rape victim may be left to have a child? Geez, I hope not.

In what meaningful way would it help?

Yeah, that link talks about funding available for rape/incest cases but does not say it's exempt from the dead line...

The law determines what is available to the public as reourse or actions a citizen may have a right to demand.

I'll make this clear rights are not something given to Americans they are something they take. Same holds true for laws. Your ignorance can land you in prison. That is why we have lawyers.

Plessy v. Ferguson didn't impose segregation. All it did was give the okay to states to do that themselves.

Because nobody is defending the sick SOB who raped that child. Some people defend the sick laws that would force that child to have that rapist's baby.

Fair enough but did she not get the abortion? The left wants to push the false narrative that abortions will be abolished. That gay marriage will be next and that was not what the Court said in this ruling. They can’t run on Biden’s failed policies so let’s go to the Ace card! Fear on what might happen.

Not in her home state, she didn't. Indiana, the state where she was able to get an abortion, is moving right now to change its abortion laws. People aren't stupid. They know what this "Court" decision means.

How do know gay marriage isn't next? Because the Justices said so? Spare me the false assurances of proven liars.

Access and the right to abortions are being abolished. Nothing false about it. Charts and graphs are usually included to show the exact consequences of this overturning.
