This was made up. The Ohio AG says there is no 10 year old rape case that he knows about. IF this happened there would be a police report of the issue. There isn't. Hence, Jussie Smollett2.0

You guys fell for a hoax.

I have to admit that I may have been conned. She should have cited the real documented incident from 2019.
A pregnant 11-year-old rape victim in Ohio would no longer be allowed to have an abortion under new state law
Column: Should 11-year-old girls have to bear their rapists' babies? Ohio says yes.

The police report thing isn’t necessarily true, as it would be held under seal and details not made public so as to shield the identity of the child victim. The reality is even in cases where this happens you basically aren’t ever going to hear about it or know the parties involved. It’s all under seal.

However the state AG would probably be able to find out *if* charges were filed. So assuming the AG isn’t full of it himself, it leaves open the other possibilities that the Dr.’s story was false/misleading OR that there weren’t criminal charges for whatever reason (such as the “father” also being a juvenile).

Seriously, that's your take? Good luck with that line of thinking. I'll go with the evidence(which is zero) and say this is Jussie Smollett2.0

Certainly the government wouldn't lie or withhold information about the fallout from its own policies!

I have not followed all the details on this. I did not read the original story. But did the original doctor say that it had been reported to police? If not, why would we assume that it would have to be a police report to validate it? Many if not most, especially in circumstances like this, would never approach police, which often results in being re-victimized. Was there a statement that had been reported to police?

He is saying in a case like this you'll probably never get "evidence" because most or all the details would be kept secret,. especially if the rapist is also a minor. The AG statement is troubling, but even he noted a case like this wouldn't be directly handled at the state level and they'd only get directly involved in processing rape kits, if there was one... But if she kept it from her parents for 6 weeks then why would there be a rape kit?

To my understanding, there's only a rape kit if there is processing by law enforcement. Hasn't even been established that this case was processed by law enforcement?

No, but the AG noted a doctor must report their finding to law enforcement if they believe a minor was sexually assaulted. It's worth noting that the Dr who went public with this was an Indiana doctor who said the child was referred to her by an Ohio Dr, so she was not the Ohio Dr who was required to report it.

Seems plain to me what is the most likely explanation. If it been reported by the Ohio doctor, the minor would not of been allowed to have an abortion because then it would be officially on the radar of Ohio authorities. That's probably also the reason why the Indiana physician does not want to give out any other details, because they are creating potential legal jeopardy for the doctor that contacted them.

Thinking like a lawyer, because that's what I am, there are all kinds of ways at the Ohio doctor may have believed that they were avoiding the mandatory reporter obligation.

Obviously there's no documentation, but it is quite easy to come up with a scenario whereby this is the kind of thing that would not be documented. The whole point of the story is it there is an atmosphere of persecution going on

Show me any shred of evidence. You remind me of Simone from Ferris Bueller's day off "My best friend’s sister’s boyfriend’s brother’s girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who’s going with a girl who saw Ferris pass-out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it’s pretty serious."

Just taking someone's word who is extremely pro abortion. Too funny. Can't fix gullible I guess.

I posted the stats that children are sexually abused at a rate of once every nine minutes, and those are just the cases that get reported, so the story is at least realistic and possible, even if it can never be verified due to child protection laws ... this isn't pizza gate, Jewish space lasers, Italian satellites changing voting results, pillow guy's encrypted 20 terabyte of proof, Steve Bannon taking your money to build his own wall, or whatever you guys are falling for these days... talk about "extremely gullible"

The article written about it saying it happened doesn't count as evidence? We arent going to get a public DNA test, so what do you actually want? Its crazy that people think children are getting groomed by teachers cant believe a child rape/abortion happened!
