Well both guys are pretty much better than anyone produced by UF since Urban.
And yet somehow he got at least 2 really good NFL players (Chris Jones and Dak Prescott) while at Moo U.

We do have pretty dumb players but I'd bet a young SOS could get them averaging at least 30 a game against decent competition.
