UGA would certainly try to get Lanning IMHO. And I think that he would return. UGA is set up to win championships for years to come.

The "process" is meaningless as used by detractors. There is no such thing as a process coach or, more correctly, everyone is a process coach....
How about a 4 or 5 time-championship program? We can always lie. It has worked pretty well for Lane Kiffen. Oh, he has not won any championships...
