Totally agree, but in that scenario at least one if not both of your other outfielders are typically bashers. Seems to me we are missing on both...

Informative stuff, tho I favor OPS or even OBP over BAV. In those areas Erickson leads the team by far. She has 15 BBs and 4 HBPs on the season...

In my experience, outfielders tend (not always of course) to be your better hitters. Not so much recently.
Yep, I would say pitching is by far the biggest issue. Even when guys have one or two good innings, they seem to follow it with a crooked number...
Certainly you are more knowledgeable than me and I get the issues, but even b4 the prior coach leaving I heard little criticism of the program...
There seem to be plenty of criticism of our baseball and softball coaching these days, so I guess it's good that most dont follow the tennis teams...
Not SEC, but I just noticed that the Canes won yesterday and are now 17-16 and 4-8 in ACC. Doesnt make me any happier with the Gators season, but...
