Pretty much that for me.
Barlow’s front side flys open early most of the time creating a lot of arm side misses. It creates that shotgun release point.
First time I’ve seen him but he’s almost robotic, for sure not fluid mechanics. To me it’s a labored arm action-not free and easy.
Is it just me or do we look sluggish?

Now I believe the rules include # of pitches, # of innings, and # of days but I don’t know the specifics.
That’s what I remember about youth baseball but from HS, American Legion, and College baseball we got the ball every 4th game of the schedule.
