Thanks Leaf. The Apple gig is still a long shot. I'm hoping to steer her towards NYC where she can get the best entry level job and meet guys with similar goals. She still has that backup plan she hatched with her Birthright friends to join the IDF if they don't get jobs right out of college. That might be a good experience for her.

  Getting to a fourth interview is a pretty good sign. Either way, her backup plans sound great. I considered both moves when I was recently out of college actually but I had a good job in DC and didn't want to give it up for a tiny apartment in NYC or the uncertainty of being a lone soldier in Israel. Still regret not chasing one of those when I had the chance.

Update on daughter's job hunt. She's headed to Cupertino in two weeks for her fourth interview . If she gets it, she would start in late August. Boyfriend is moving to Vegas in May. That's a little too close, eight hours and he just bought a motorcycle. He's not a bad kid, (grows some good weed) but he's not in her league. What's a dad to do?

  You can probably sit back and let Vegas do the work for you. This town eats up young 20 somethings. It's fun for a few years but there is just too much of everything. I moved here at 31 and nearly got torn up myself in my first year here. My guess is he won't want to be in a long term relationship or won't be able to for long without screwing up.

Thanks for the comments. The answer is that one of them, AmericaFirst, has a clear agenda, if you look at his posts. I cannot sit silent and let him poison people who don't know any better. As for the other one, Dream, I think he's just having fun. I think he likes arguing for arguing sake. But I feel compelled to challenge his "factual" statements when everything I've read tells me he is wrong. And, most importantly, Happy Holidays!!!!
