    Michelle Joy Nixon was born and raised a Gator from Jacksonville, Florida and is an aspiring sportscaster. She is known to many as the "Sports Goddess" because her passion and knowledge for sports exceeds all expectations. Growing up she was a bit of a tomboy, playing basketball till sundown with her younger brother and neighbor's kids, which happened to be all male. During her middle school years she was on the swim team, basketball team (her dad says her defense was better than her offense!), then on the dance team in high school. Michelle recently graduated Magana Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication-News, Mnor in Sport Management. Her hobbies include ESPN.com, Sportscenter, sports talk radio, and watching and attending as many Florida Gator and Jacksonville Jaguar games as possible.
