    Federal agents on Friday arrested a judge in Wisconsin on obstruction charges after she allegedly helped an undocumented immigrant evade arrest, FBI Director Kash Patel announced.

    Patel wrote on X that the FBI believes Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan “intentionally misdirected federal agents away” from Eduardo Flores Ruiz as agents were attempting to arrest him at her courthouse.

    “Thankfully our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public,” Patel wrote.

    picking on illegals? cant believe that...I thought they were all upstanding citizens the way folks want them to remain in this country.

    His post, since deleted, included "We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away...:

    I'm guessing one of the adults left at the FBI told him that he better have a more substantial basis to arrest a judge other than "we believe."

    That's the problem with this administration. Maybe it's true maybe it's not maybe she deserves to be arrested maybe not. But anybody with a brain knows not to believe anything these Jokers say without proof

    Even if it’s true and she shielded someone from an illegal arrest she should be defended vigorously. I have a hard time believing a judge would protect someone in her court from a perfectly legal federal action. Seems like retaliation and intimidation from the feds.

    The CNN article says she directed the def and his counsel to leave through the jury door after speaking with the agents in the hallway.

    He still was arrested and apparently so was she. Extremely dumb on her part.

    Directed or told the defendant and lawyer that there was a 2nd door through which they could leave? Is it a crime to tell the 2 of them about the jury door?

    Who the hell is going to show up for a court date, necessary healthcare, dropping a kid off at school, etc., when the next thing they know, they might be sitting in a hell hole in El Salvador? This behavior by the feds is egregious.
