I said at or near a quarter tank. I didn't know how much I needed until it stopped filling. It stopped at 7.5 give or take a few decimals. SO... If you want to do that math and let me know just where my meter was, then so be it. LOL

 

So your claim is that you drive the Toyota that you linked? If so, you "filled up" with nearly half a tank.

Between this and the eggs that cost $5 when everybody else was getting $2 eggs, I am not thinking that you were accurately relating pricing.

And that is why we have statistics. They eliminate your fudging and feelings from the equation.

 

So in your opinion half of 13 is 7.5. hmmm Also you think there are only one type of eggs? I always buy organic grass fed only and they are always higher. Always. But I do this, because I don't want just grain fed/caged chicken egg. Organic has gone down below 5 now and I'm here for it. Thanks.

You never answered my question as to what price you paid 2 years ago, since you remember so well. Also, what retailer on the eggs?

 

So more than likely my tank is 11.3 What then? I go by what my meter says. It was on the quarter mark or near it. Estimated 80 miles left.

I get more than one brand, but off the top of my head I don't remember which I buy the most. Really just depends on the price at the time. Brands: Vital Farms Organic Pasture, Pete and Gerry's Organic Eggs. Simple Truth Organic Eggs. There are probably others, but those are the main three I look at first.

Well, that didn't answer my question. Also a bit odd that you don't remember what eggs you bought...today. But okay.

Since you only listed two brands, I looked them up on google. No major retailer has either of those brands even close to under $5 per dozen. Lowest price I could find was Vital Farms at Walmart for just under $6 (which is actually a really good deal as most places had them at $8-10 per dozen).

 

That doesn't count reduced price, Which is what I bought them for. But even reduced didn't get below five a few years ago. Like I said. You can have your statistics and live by them. I will forever live by the price right in front of me. Blessings
