I'm going to write a song called "I Won't Back Up." I've got two lines done. My reverse gear won't work, what the hell can I do? Has such a car problem ever happened to you?
2 things from that. First, when they isolate Tom’s voice, it’s amazing how good it truly is. The guy can sing. Second, I totally didn’t even realize how much was happening with all the vocals and instruments. Jeff Lynne really did an amazing job with it.
My kid uses a looper when doing solo shows. He doesnt use drum beats or have prerecorded stuff which it can do. He just plays rhythym snd records as he goes, then plays lead over it. Keeps him from just having to strum all night. Not as fun as tge fill band but actually pays better, less work, and much earlier gigs.
It ain't music, but I find it interesting...if you like this sort of thing. And yes, it takes talent of a unique kind.
He must have the individually recorded analog tracks that have been converted for use in a digital audio workstation (computer software used for audio recording, programming, and production). Example: https://www.avid.com/pro-tools?utm_...e=1&gbraid=0AAAAADldhmUm1Cx3JiHqdsmhIp-Ozp9ZW
