Why keep trying Abrego Garcia in the court of public opinion? Why not give him the due process he deserves and present the evidence in front of an immigration judge and allow him the chance to defend himself?

 

So does that mean he is charged with or convicted of a crime now?

if he killed 35 people and we were pretty sure of it, lacking due process and being against it, makes you either dumb or just un American. You could be either and I won’t hold it against you but it remains a fact.

Only the most devout leftist ideologue will continue down this road of defending an obvious human smuggler……It’s political gold for Trump, and just reminds everyone else what they voted for regarding the border. If the left was remotely smart they would drop this story asap and hammer the stock market and economic issues that Trump is vulnerable on right now. I mean. Come on. Regardless of whom the person is, angel or devil, once one person loses his or her rights, it makes it easier to deny the rights for others. Best to battle for Abrego Garcia's rights before there is nobody left to battle for others.

 

I don't think legal American citizens are too worried about being deported. If ICE wants to come get me I am right here.
