    Waling around and violently attacking law enforcement officers along with vandalizing the building. Maybe five percent of those arrested and charged were let into the building by the Capitol Police and did nothing more.

    True, all you had to do was violently assault cops even if those cops were outside! The injustice!

    What about the limit of $5k for property crimes to be considered for the diversion program?
