MAGA security team charged with battery/false imprisonment of woman in Idaho

    This was going around social media a few weeks ago with maga making fun of the lady getting dragged out with the crowd partially cheering.

    The attorney for the City of Coeur d'Alene shared the names of the six men and their charges with KTVB on Thursday, April 17:

    • Paul Trouette – Battery, false imprisonment, security agent uniform violation, security agent duties violation
    • Alex Trouette IV – Security agent uniform violation, security agent duties violation
    • Russell Dunne – Battery, false imprisonment, security agent uniform violation, security agent duties violation
    • Chistofer Berge – Battery, false imprisonment, security agent uniform violation, security agent duties violation
    • Jesse Jones – Battery, false imprisonment, security agent uniform violation, security agent duties violation
    • Michael Keller – Battery

    MAGA nation waiting to see the ethnicities involved, before deciding whether they should advocate for this person being sent to a Salvadoran prison, or if they should just scroll past.

    Who hired them?

    The guys were just dopes, likely ignorant of the law or thinking they had legitimacy to do what they were doing. This is the fundamental issue with “private policing” or mixing of profit motive with justice. At best, you get people cutting corners and violating rights. But inevitably escalates into corruption (like Waldo FL or some of our “private prison” shenanigans).

    Ultimately it’s the people that hired them and the sheriff ( who was on the stage) who should have known better. But these are MAGA zombies so that is too much to ask.

    Wait, so they were actually security guards, just illegally operating “plain clothes” under cover security guards? That’s a new one…
