Talks about him still dealing with the ankle issue in the final game, also that he has hired an agent and going through the draft process. His dad said he doesn't know if he's going to the NBA or coming back, but seems to like the idea of him staying and developing his game in college. Still, seems up in the air. Worth a listen.
That he’s been invited to the NBA thing that Alex was invited too. And…..Alex and Henshaw have been long time friends, and will be living together the next 3 weeks. You’d have to think at some point the great time in Gainesville, how great the coaching staff is, the fans, etc will come up. Seems to me that’s a huge advantage for us…..having that friendship.
Just wondering….who pays for the NBA evaluation, including the travel, the training sessions and living expenses? Not sure how that works. Is it by the family, an agent, the NBA or the school? Seems like that could influence the decision.
And the hot women in Gainesville were surely mentioned in conversations between those two healthy young males! THAT certainly cannot hurt. I can hear them now: "The last couple of weeks in Gainesville were the best times of my life! The same is true for Thomas. The women were coming at us from all directions!" "Uhhh...where do I sign up, mate?!"
Best case scenario is that all the bigs come back (pretty good chance of that) and we get Henshall. Add one more experienced SG and I think we're in great shape
thanks for the clarification and as I'm not as enlightened as my brother, I still find plenty wrong with that
If I may assist, the saying (and it gets acronym'd on postings) comes from a Seinfeld episode where the theme was part attempting avoiding being a homophobic and part not wanting to be thought of as a homosexual. And so the saying became a funny slogan. And as we all know, being funny is kind of a silly notion on serious issues. Not that there is anything wrong with that...
