The immigration laws that the SCOTUS interpreted, right?

So what you're saying is the Trump DOJ was to incompetent to bring all the necessary paperwork. Figures

Let them enforce their views on legal immigration laws. Show me that due process law for illegal invader gangbangers.

There is only one branch of government that deals with keeping Americans safe from invaders.

Show me where in the immigration law it says that an illegal criminal invader gets more than one legal status hearing.

In the immigration hearing, he was granted protected status. He can't legally be removed to El Salvador.

Let's say ACB is wrong and the guy got 19 million hearings. What you're saying is you are ok with ignoring a SCOTUS ruling. Correct?

Sure you can--you just need to yell "but we're the party of law and order" while ignoring them.

History will not kindly remember today's looney righties who want to abide only by the court decisions that they deem "legitimate".

If there is a dispute regarding the law, the entity with the power to ultimately resolve it is the Supreme Court.

It’s funny. For years Rick deferred to SCOTUS when he liked the rulings. Now, Barrett is simply wrong even though he knows nothing of the law being applied to the facts. So typical of where we are as a country. “She’s wrong because ……….Trump disagrees!”

In order for a person to be a criminal, they need to be convicted of a crime. For example, you voted for a criminal for President, as he was convicted of many crimes. This person was never even charged with a crime, nor, obviously, was he ever convicted of one. That makes him not a criminal, joining the vast majority of people that we have shipped to the El Salvador gulag who have no criminal records. I hope that helps.

I don't care if Garcia shot Mother Theresa in a room filled with witnesses and live video recordings. Our constitution affords any accused with a fundamental right to due process. The administration is wiping their posterior with that document here. And the MAGA lemmings are cheering that act because of who it happens to be - this time.

If Biden sent J6 tourists to a prison in Guatemala with no trial what do you think MAGA reaction would be?

I was thinking the same thing, reminded of Rick’s constant deference to the courts back during the Obama years. Of course, I’m sure we’re all more likely to downplay rulings against our own side, but I do hope there’s a limit to the asymmetry.

Fairly obvious contempt of court. The courts have ordered them to facilitate his return.
