The same person who claimed he was MS13. Still waiting on that proof? How many times do they have to lie and grossly exaggerate before you quit believing them?
Rubio talking about 20M migrants under Biden knowing damn good and well the number is right around 1 M, not 20.
Seriously, do you let others around you continually lie to you and accept it at face value?

Cult rule #2. Never admit you are wrong no matter how strong the evidence against you. Ignore the truth, ignore facts, ignore science ..never admit you are wrong

    Bottom of a pint glass
Whether he committed spousal abuse or is in a gang is moot point. He didn't get due process. MAGA will really do anything to ignore the actual issue here

This is the vapid shit they do every time to justify vigilante violence or govt criminality. They dig for dirt on the victim. Kind of reminds of the Trayvon Martin case. “Look at this picture of him smoking MJ“,”He once got in a fight in school”,“He wasn’t a saint!”.

That may be true, but this “dirt” is still a million miles from justifying a death sentence.

Republicans made Pete Hegseth Sec of Defense, a guy who's own mom accused him of being a domestic abuser. Its all very selective for them.

Are you honestly asking this of a MAGA voter?

They are grown adults that enjoy being told lies, right to their faces.

For me, the interesting part will be how people like this behave in a post-Trump world. Will they embrace truth again, and possibly disdain public lying, which they clearly tolerate now?

Yes, they've screwed our country with their incompetent criminal traitor ..... but at least it will be fun to watch.

The right wing media can dig up as much dirt as they want on this guy but it still doesn't change the underlying issue - nothing that has come out was the basis for his deportation to a dangerous prison. If he committed domestic abuse or was involved in human smuggling then it shouldn't be an issue to present that information in a hearing. At the same time, it would also give him a chance to refute any allegations if they're untrue.

They aren't really 'digging up' any dirt ... all this stuff was known. They are just throwing shit at the wall because their hand was caught in the cookie jar, and dont want to admit an error.

From the opening paragraph of the article. Note the qualifying adjectives.

The deported El Salvadoran man at the center of an intense court battle was flagged in 2022 by the Biden administration as a "suspect alien" who was possibly involved in “human smuggling/trafficking” after a traffic stop hundreds of miles from his Maryland home, according to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents reviewed by Just the News.

By the a little about the detective who worked with the confidential informant who identified Abrego Garcia as member of MS13
Cop Behind MS-13 Dad Claim Was Convicted of Sex Worker Scandal
In Abrego Garcia’s complaint, his attorneys wrote that they were never able to cross-examine the police detective who wrote the report because he was suspended soon after he interviewed Abrego Garcia. His allegation is the only evidence the government has ever produced to support its MS-13 claim.
The police detective who accused a mistakenly deported Maryland dad of being a member of the gang MS-13 was suspended days later for leaking confidential information to a woman he was paying for sex.
