If that is the case she flat out lied.....I believe her complaint said she was punched multiple times and her shirt torn off of her. Maybe I misheard but I don't think so.

 

No charges were ever filed. Why? And there have been no incidents in four years. Again, why do you think that is? And this includes zero police calls and zero ER or medical visits for wife and child.

Hearing more info. When I first heard it I thought he was a US citizen that got swept up. Based on what I have read I dont understand why the left has latched onto this guy and this narrative. It’s so bizarre to me the infatuation the left has with the Italian model who shot the insurance exec in the back, the Hamas spokesman at Columbia and now this guy. So a guy that’s not a US citizen with a deportation order is being sent back to the country of his citizenship is the guy the left wants to make a folk hero? The following words come from his wife.

Did she make that up? Well I’ve been on ride a longs ( people here know I train with LEOs) and seen a man beating a woman, officer/deputy pulls the man off only to have the female start striking the officer, then yelling to not her her man. That’s SOP for domestics. So it’s more likely not only was she telling the truth but she’s just as Fd up as he is and she enables all of it.

So no I don’t care this guy got deported. Hopefully the left continues to lionize this guy along with the Italian model and Columbia Hamas spokesman.

as far as going to a prison, that’s up to his president and the laws of his country and it’s waaaay down the list as a priority.

 

Seems you still didn't get all the info. Not simply deported to his home country, but sent to a notoriously dangerous prison for life under very questionable evudence of being a gang member despite a judge's order not to deport him. The left is up in arms because:

• No due process for people to defend themselves before being shipped off to a prison where they are unlikely to ever get out.
• This man is one example but there are others where people have no criminal history and the only gang evidence is a tattoo (and in one case an autism awareness tattoo)
• The DOJ admitted in a court filing this man shouldn't have been deported and the administration refuses to rectify that error with a simple call
• Blatantly ignoring the judicial branch to consolidate even more power within the executive branch.

The traffic citations and restraining order are just after the fact justifications and played no part the initial decision to send the guy to prison.
