The former elite 11 FSU QB has chosen to leave the Noles. He redshirted this past year and will have 4 years to play. Total speculation on my part but perhaps he felt he would have to sit another year at fsu. No idea where he will land, but I hear the Vols are looking for a QB. Unless Norvel gets another QB in the late portal, they are looking thin at the position. Darn.
Year 6 and he’s never started a QB he recruited except Luke a few games last year. Awful QB room/recruiting. AWFUL!
he REALLY thought DJU was the answer last year; everyone else knew he was basura except them. The he compounds it by leaving him as the starter for like 5 games when he shoulda thrown a freshmen out there and let them figure it out. Loses two freshmen QB’s this offseason, signs a QB that quit on his last school and signs a low 4*. that room will be BRUTAL next year lol
Not liking this so much – if he really is/was good (elite 11) then I would prefer he wallow in mediocrity at F$U where he will not be developed and pose a minimal threat to us. Should he transfer to another of our big rivals, such as Tennessee, I foresee a better possibility of his talent being “coached up” - which might actually affect US
I get your concern. I doubt he ends up at UT, it has just been mentioned because of their QB situation.
Not worried. If dude had to walkon at FSU and then transfer out because he can’t crack that crappy depth chart, he may not be any good.
