Once everyone is healthy, there is not a position group on either side of the ball I am worried about. Quite a few will be stellar. Possibly best in SEC or nation.

It has been more than a decade since I could say it.

 

I think the year before Trask started was the last year i went. Trask look better than Franks. Duh

 

Here I was thinking I’d missed it or something, turns out there wasn’t anything to miss.

 

He said we came out of game healthy. So I’m guessing nothing too serious for Montgomery or DT that went out first series.

 

Well, depends on what you wanted to see.
Grossman debut for a few plays many years ago.
He threw a 25 yard strike like a laser beam and the entire stadium gasped. That was pretty good.
One spring Spurrier was asked if anyone did anything of note in the spring. His answer was
Chris Doering.
Also good.
This year? Hmmm..over 70 points of scoring. A freshman receiver ( 5 star) almost surpassed 200 yards of receptions. A few others did surprisingly well. 60,000 plus showed up.
But I was not one either.

 

Great to see another great receiver named Dallas in a gator uniform.

 

Yeah at the game I kept calling him Dallas Baker

 

Me too. Discussing the game on the way home with my son I was doing same thing: “yeah, that Dallas Baker kid is going to be really good”.

 

I miss Mick’s “Dallas Baker the touchdown maker” call, springs to mind every time I think of DB.

 

And so, Napier and Associates have no excuses moving forward.

I still say, stock up on your alcohol of choice, especially if it is on sale. You will thank me in the fall.
