Yep....and Walsh had stranded 4 in first 2 innings. If those 2 were going the numbers would be monstrous tonight.

Very generous scoring all year imo...we should have significantly more errors on the books tha we do. The numbers may say differently but my eyes tell me the play at SS is by far the biggest culprit. I find it interesting that the lack of consistent play there hasn't gotten Comia any serious consideration. Probably means another portal SS next year coming in

I just can’t understand that decision to have a player that has hit back-to-back HRs drop a bunt with a slow runner at first.

 

How many bunts did we have Cags do after hitting Homers...that call is confusing.

 

I don't understand having Mia bunting in that situation. No outs and a slow runner on 1st. Even if the bunt had gotten down, Regan would probably have been forced at 2nd.
And then - Most of our hitters look like they've never seen a change-up. They either let it float over the middle of the plate for s trike or take a weak swing at one out of the zone.
