It's happened a couple of times in the past few days, just refreshed and it went away, so thought it was just me.
It's happened to me, too. I thought I must've clicked on something inappropriate - but the redirect only happens on this site and my malware scanner doesn't find anything on my HD.
Same for me on mobile. Also assumed it was just me, but it's not happening on any other site besides GC.
The only time Gator Country redirects me to bogus sites is when I click on links posted by certain posters and get redirected to bogus sites like CNN, MSNBC, NYT and MSN.
And yet none of them has settled a defamation lawsuit for $787 million a real indicator that a certain website/"news" network is bogus.
There is a serious issue with the site as you can see above. How about earning all that moderator money and fix it for us?
Could be worse, the redirect could be to a Trump fundraising page (though some on here would love that).
Half of the sites I go to nowadays block me because I won't turn off my ad blocker. They all say the same thing: "Looks like you're using an ad blocker." Then they tell me to turn it off or get lost.
My guess is that MAGA saw the ads but just doused their computers with Brawndo, cause brawndo has electrolytes.
