They are considering a fifth year of eligibility. Haven’t heard of any changes to the redshirt rules.

Don't know where to put this, but just saw this clip of Haugh and it's amazing.

Just looked at Duke team (walking out from Auburn win) and calmly drops this line all business like. Sounded bored lol.

    I don't Facebook so...

Google "Haugh one more to go" and thank me later.

This has Martin's fingerprints all over it

Can't see it but Haugh got fire. Must be a descendant of Scottish highlanders or something.

An interesting point I’ve read is about how NIL is affecting decisions to turn pro early.

Many kids are getting NIL money that exceeds what a 2nd round draft pick receives. So, NIL money not only provides some support for those who don’t turn pro - unless a guy will be a lottery pick, it can actually cost a player money to declare for the draft.

Thanks. I love that clip. Just calmly telling Duke they're next.

Mikic played 6 minutes in 4 games. That knocks him out of a redshirt unless he is entitled to a medical redshirt.

I would strongly suggest all of our returning bigs have to comply with these provisos:
    1. Be instructed how to better move within 4 feet from the basket. Learn how to stop and shoot a jumper from 4’ and in. Practice these like crazy.
    2. Learn the proper form for free throws, shoot 100 free throws at practice every day; can’t leave gym until they have made 7 out of 10 free throws.

To leave, Condon would need to be very safely… assured … a first round selection.
And that’s not going to be the case, imo.

If either Condon or Haugh had lit it up during the NC game then I would have said it was plausible. I truly don't see either of them leaving as long as they don't need the money. Clayton last year was a serious pause because he was a new dad. But then there is that NIL thingy...

I just want everyone to realize...again...that just because you are not a McDonalds All-American in your junior year of HS that you are not just taking up space. Example #1 (most recent) is Aberdeen. Train wreck for 1 7/8 season and not that important for the most part early this season. Then he got his real shot when Martin was hurt and he got his sea legs.

How about we stop being so jaded and let the guys alone decide that playing for Golden and growing is better than instant success, a la Kugel? Is that to much to ask?

Okay, that last question is truly stupid. Of COURSE we Gator basketball fans know that is WAY too much to ask...

He wants to be a classic power 4, with perhaps a chance at a stretch 4. We shall see. Needs more bulk.

Klavzar IS a proven ball handler. Maybe not all-SEC caliber but still, not that dire as you want to believe. Patience!

I realize we are now a 24/7/12-month manic group of fans, but in this instant-change-in-roster era, talk about an understatement known as "way-too-early". Damn, can we just take a pause and a victory lap before we begin to listen to the "experts" again???

Um, you watched Pearl on TV live? I don't want to give you or anyone a stern lecture, but if for some reason your alarm clock would have malfunctioned and you thought our game was WAY over and then you ignorantly turned the TV on at the end of our game, the outcome COULD have been different against them.

I know it is the old "no harm, no foul" mantra, but still...

    BE DAMN CAREFUL NEXT TIME!!!

If he did a Broome imitation in the tourney, then he would be potential lottery pick. Right now, he looks like a damn nice, gritty and athletic big who has played Australian football most of his life. He has a LONG ways to go, unless he wants to go back home and play there.

I meant Pearl as he was in the Haugh post-game tunnel. By that point my ability to influence the game was nil.
