All of our bigs are taller than Houston’s tallest contributor. We only get outrebounded tonight if we are outhustled. Cannot let that happen!

 

That has no bearing at all. Duke is just as big, if not bigger and look what it got them. The key here is our bigs staying out of foul trouble. If they don't, we don't win.

Duke had a 9 point lead with a couple of minutes left. Just because they choked does not mean Houston dominated them.

 

So much is being made of Houstons experience being the difference maker in the Duke game and they're passing that on to ours too. That advantage is decidedly less against us. I feel like the media is fawning over Houston taking down Duke and we are being underestimated (again).

Size has an absolutely huge bearing. It’s just not everything and it can be overcome.

 

This IS the game to put all of the individual pieces into total synch.

 

I've seen us shrink a few times against tough teams early. We're unbeatable when we are the aggressor from the get go because we can sustain it for the majority and wear other teams down mentally if not physically.
