keep losing and you can kiss that top 8 seed goodbye. Especially with Ole miss, Lsu, alabama and Ou coming up. no easy pitching staffs or offenses.

I know nothing about what's going on behind the scenes, but I think there needs to be a players only meeting with a couple of our seniors taking change so they can air things out and decide what kind of season they want to have. They are LOADED with talent, but simply not playing that way.

Pathetic. If the pitch is over the middle of the plate watch it go by, but swing at the ones out of the strike zone.

Very little solid contact tonight for sure. Lots of swings at balls outside the zone not able to adjust to her change-up.

Predictability of your pitcher, and likewise your batter, make it so much easier to gain advantage. With regard to batting, if it becomes predictable that a team on average doesn’t swing early, and avoids swinging at the change-up, it becomes fairly easy to pigeon hole batters into pitcher’s counts 0-2, etc. What follows more often than not is the batter finally swinging at pitches that are difficult to barrel up, and can only be hit to locations the defense is stationed, or taking strike three on marginal pitches. In my opinion we’ve got to eliminate the predictability of our batting strategies.

Well said. We don’t swing at the first pitch so opposing pitchers usually put it right over the middle. Drives me crazy that we let it go by.

Wondering if our hitting is a reflection of our pitching. Obviously we are not what we expected in terms of pitching but I'm this whst we get for practice is that perhaps a reason why we aren't seeing the right pitches? Just wondering if our batting practice isn't getting us the type of putches we see in see. Games. I'm sure I will get blasted if I'm off base here i imagine our own team has only seen Keagan for a week or so but clearly other teams have starting pitchers with more movement than we are used to.

A great Florida country singer says about what our team needs right now. They just don't have the "want to in their eyes". They seem lackluster and lethargic.
